Hey there! We’re Cristino and Alysia Stern, a husband-and-wife team with a passion for helping people find their perfect home in sunny Myrtle Beach. Together, we bring decades of experience, a whole lot of heart, and a shared commitment to making real estate an exciting, stress-free journey for our clients.


Cristino here! Before diving into real estate, I spent years serving others as an NYPD officer and FDNY firefighter. Along the way, I also became a licensed REALTOR® in New York. After relocating to Myrtle Beach, I found my true calling—helping families buy and sell homes while giving back to the heroes in our community. That’s why I founded The Heroes Agents, a mission-driven real estate brand that rewards first responders, military members, and medical professionals with financial perks at closing.


And I’m Alysia! I’m a real estate broker licensed in New York, South Carolina, and Florida. I’ve earned Top Producer awards more times than I can count, but what really matters to me is helping my clients feel confident and supported, whether they’re relocating or buying their first home. After experiencing the highs and lows of moving from New York to Myrtle Beach myself, I created "Living in Myrtle Beach", a YouTube channel packed with insider tips, new construction tours, and all the info you need to love life on the coast. Oh, and when I’m not helping clients, I’m writing children’s books and running Cans and Crayons – A Charitable Mission, because giving back is at the heart of everything we do.
